Launch of a new generation of the BIO-KILN-2 kilns in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine

At the end of August 2019, we carried out another successful launch of our charcoal production equipment in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. This time model of new generation of the BIO-KILN series – BIO-KILN-2 – was put into operation. 

Our specialists of the service department launched the equipment, trained personnel, monitored and accompanied the first operating cycles of the equipment. Walnut shells were used as raw materials for the production of charcoal. You can see the photo of the obtained charcoal below.

In the operational process BIO-KILN-2 not only lived up to our hopes, but also exceeded all our expectations for operational efficiency. Today, we can safely say that the productivity of the kiln will be from 80 to 100 tons of high-quality charcoal per month.
