Logistics for complexes based on EKKO-2iq and Multi-ECO pyrolysis units

Trolleys are used throughout the main production cycle: feedstock loading, drying, carbonization, cooling and stabilization of the finished charcoal. Each trolley is equipped with internal baskets or screens for holding the feedstock, loading openings, and dedicated channels for removing vapors and gases generated during drying and pyrolysis.

Trolleys are of 2 types:

• Front-loading trolleys — suitable for both manual and mechanized feedstock loading and charcoal unloading; mechanized operation can be performed using a dedicated trolley rotator.
• Top-loading trolleys — designed primarily for mechanized loading and unloading using standard material-handling equipment.

The stationary trestle for trolleys is used for feedstock loading and for holding trolleys during charcoal cooling and stabilization. It also provides a dedicated working position for convenient and safe unloading of the finished charcoal after carbonization.

Rails for a mobile platform.  On rails, the platform moves to different zones of the charcoal site: the zone for loading raw materials into trolleys, the cooling zone and the unloading of finished charcoal.  All these zones are equipped with overpasses.

Tipper /  Rotator. A mechanized device designed for fast and controlled unloading of finished charcoal from the trolleys. The trolley is securely fixed in the rotator and then tilted or rotated to discharge the charcoal into the designated receiving area, conveyor, or container. This significantly reduces unloading time, minimizes manual handling, improves workplace safety, and increases the overall efficiency of the production logistics.

The trolley rotator can also be used during feedstock handling where mechanical positioning or rotation of the trolley is required.

Two configurations are available:

• Front-loading trolley tipper / forklift rotator — designed for front-loading trolleys and enables mechanized unloading of charcoal, as well as mechanical positioning of the trolley during loading operations.
• Top-loading trolley tipper / forklift rotator — designed for top-loading trolleys and provides fast mechanized unloading by controlled tilting or rotation of the entire trolley.
