What raw materials are suitable for GreenPower ovens
For more than 20 years, GreenPower has been producing ovens for the processing of various waste. Our furnaces operate on the basis of pyrolysis, this is the process of heating raw materials to high temperatures, without the participation of oxygen. You can read more about this process in previous articles, on our social networks, as well as on our website.
GreenPower ovens are suitable for over 200 types of waste. They can be divided into three main groups: waste from the forestry and agricultural industries, industrial rubber waste and various polymers. Depending on the raw materials used, the final product at the output will vary.
The first group (waste from the forestry and agricultural industries) means all kinds of wood: branches, stumps, twigs, bark, and so on. At the exit we get torreficate and biochar.
The second group is rubber waste. It is mainly dominated by car tires, rubber products such as hoses, car mats, shoe soles, rubber yoga mats, etc. When processing industrial rubber goods, we receive mainly heavy oil fractions: bitumen, fuel oil, diesel fractions. To a lesser extent, the processing process gives light fractions: gasoline, solvent and kerosene fractions.
The third group includes all kinds of plastic waste, polymers: plastic furniture, bags, plastic dishes, trays, toys, syringes, packaging, pens, etc. Unlike rubber waste, as a result of processing, we will receive mainly light oil fractions: gasoline, diesel, kerosene and alcohol fractions.
If you are planning to process a specific unusual group of waste, our managers will always be happy to advise you and help you choose the one that suits you best.
Choosing the Green Power company, you can be sure that our equipment is reliable in operation. With the help of our ovens, you will not only get a stable profit in your production, but also save our planet.
