The GREENPOWER Raw Material Preparation Line is a comprehensive equipment suite designed to process wood and plant biomass to the parameters required for stable carbonization. The system includes units for raw material reception and transport, sorting, drying, removal of oversized debris, and feeding the prepared material into the installation. The line is engineered according to the required capacity, feedstock type, initial moisture content, and final product specifications.
The drying chamber is designed for rapid wood drying in order to reduce feedstock moisture to a stable low absolute moisture content of `10-15%`. The dried wood may be used as fuelwood or fireplace firewood, or as wood feedstock prepared to the required moisture content before carbonization.
An efficient solution for drying high-moisture biomass (up to 85%), including sawdust, wood chips, and agricultural waste. The system ensures uniform heat and mass transfer through an internal blade system and automated process control. It is perfectly suited for raw material preparation before pelleting, briquetting, or carbonization, ensuring stable moisture levels and energy-efficient production.
