Biomass Pelletizing Line

We design and supply turnkey solutions with capacities ranging from 500 kg/hr to 10 t/hr. Our lines ensure stable pelleting of wood and agricultural waste (straw, husks, meal/bagasse), creating an ideal base for subsequent carbonization or direct sale as efficient biofuel.

Royalty

GreenPower’s Royalty program enables partners to establish local production of carbonization equipment using proven technologies and global expertise. It offers entry into the growing markets of biochar, charcoal, and carbon credits.

Firewood splitters and log feeding equipment

GREENPOWER integrated firewood processors (with splitting forces from 15 to 45 tons) combine chainsaw cutting and hydraulic splitting in a single operating cycle. The systems are equipped with conveyor discharge, automatic feeding, and can be fitted with hydraulic log lifts or log feeding tables with capacities of up to 3,000 kg. This is an ideal solution for industrial firewood production with capacities of up to 8 m³/h.

Laboratory and applied research on biomass, polymer waste, and end-of-life tire (ELT) processing

GreenPower conducts research and optimizes the processing of biomass, polymers, rubber products, sludge, and other carbon-containing waste. We provide comprehensive solutions for efficient recycling and secondary use of raw materials.

Excess Heat Recovery Unit for BIO-Carbon

The BIO-Carbon excess heat recovery unit is designed to obtain a low-potential heat carrier for conversion into usable thermal energy.

Heat Recovery Unit for EKKO

The heat recovery unit for EKKO pyrolysis systems uses excess heat generated during carbonization of plant biomass to pre-dry feedstock before loading it into an EKKO unit.

Wood preparation line for the carbonization process

The GREENPOWER Raw Material Preparation Line is a comprehensive equipment suite designed to process wood and plant biomass to the parameters required for stable carbonization. The system includes units for raw material reception and transport, sorting, drying, removal of oversized debris, and feeding the prepared material into the installation. The line is engineered according to the required capacity, feedstock type, initial moisture content, and final product specifications.

Rapid Wood-Drying Chamber

The drying chamber is designed for rapid wood drying in order to reduce feedstock moisture to a stable low absolute moisture content of `10-15%`. The dried wood may be used as fuelwood or fireplace firewood, or as wood feedstock prepared to the required moisture content before carbonization.
