Launch of the EKKO-2 charcoal kilns in Lvov region, Ukraine

At the end of June 2020, the EKKO-2 charcoal kiln was launched in Drohobych, Lviv region, Ukraine. The photo below shows that EKKO-2 is located in a spacious warehouse, next to our two furnaces CK-4 “EURO” models, which the customer purchased earlier.

For the carbonization process they selected lump wood of the beech breed with a moisture content of about 60%. In order to reduce the production cycle and improve the quality of the obtained charcoal, the customer additionally purchased from us preliminary drying, which allows reducing the percentage of moisture content and speed up the process.
