Summer is usually a vacation season, but the summer of 2025 was very active for GREENPOWER. Now autumn has come, and we announce the creation of a joint venture — SINOVO GREENPOWER LTD in China, with an initial investment of USD 1,000,000.

Our key partner in China is SIMEC, a leading manufacturer of biomass processing equipment, specializing in crushing, drying, briquetting, pelletizing and packaging. This means that GREENPOWER clients will receive a full turnkey production cycle: from biomass preparation, including briquetting, to pyrolysis and packaging of the final product.
A crucial aspect is selecting the right technology to convert raw biomass into a final product that meets consumer requirements. Our cooperation unites European engineering expertise with Chinese industrial capacity, ensuring reliable, comprehensive and scalable solutions for global bioenergy.
