CFD PROCESSES MODELLING
Our team performs Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to visualize and analyze gas and heat flow within the system. These studies help optimize process stability, improve fuel efficiency, and reduce heat losses.
COMBUSTION PROCESSES MODELLING
We simulate combustion zones to ensure complete pyrolysis gas afterburning. These thermal models enable us to minimize emissions and design furnaces that comply with strict environmental regulations and high effective energy balance.
MATERIAL AND HEAT BALANCE CALCULATION
We conduct precise material and heat balance calculations to determine the energy requirements and outputs of each process phase. This ensures efficient energy use and supports accurate system performance predictions.
ACS DIAGRAMS
Preparing of Automated Control System (ACS) diagrams show the logic of sensor-controlled airflow, temperature regulation and other safety, control and managing mechanisms. ACS diagram helps to foung a logical structure of furnace automatic managing of operation proces. The ACS enhances operational reliability, remote monitoring, and emission control.
THERMAL FIELD MODELING
Thermal simulations allow us to evaluate temperature distribution in internal furnace components. This helps make design optimization, prevent local construction elements overheating, stabilize heating processes, optimize insulation design, and extend equipment lifespan.
