Technical description

The charcoal, which can be produced with the help of unique carbonization furnace BIO-KILN (detailed technical characteristics you can find here >>>>), which is designed for processing small fraction raw material of plant origin (more about various of raw materials for hookah and BBQ briquettes charcoal you can find here >>>>). After BIO-KILN the ready charcoal is directed to the Briquetting Line in order to press it into cubes for hookah or hexagonal briquettes for BBQ. Briquetting line begin from the preparation area of raw material (1), this place charcoal is crushed to the required fraction on crushing machine. Received charcoal dust is removed from the crushing area by the aspiration system and is used for the further processing.

Crushed charcoal is supplied to mixing machines. On the mixing area crushed charcoal is mixed with water and binder to reach the required consistency at the specific temperature conditions.

After mixing the product is supplied to the briquetting area (2) where is pressed (you can see the process in the video above)

Briquetting machine makes a charcoal strip with a square cross-sectional shape with wall sizes 25x25mm (or any other shape according to client requirements) as you can see on foto. Pressed product (strips) is placed on conveyor belt where it is cut in cross section by means of disk blades to a length of 25mm (or other size according to client requirements).

Depending on the requirements for the quality of the coal briquette, the arrangement and composition of the elements of the briquetting line changes.

Diced briquettes are placed on the drying area (3) are loaded by the operator in the drying chamber, on which charcoal briquettes is dried under the influence of heat energy from BIO-KILN. This type of drying requires less time and energy consumption compared to traditional drying. 

After completion of drying and cooling the dry ready briquettes are transferred from the drying chamber to the packing area (4) where they are packed with overwrap film on a special two-tier, see more about packing equipment. Package sealing avoids the penetration of foreign odors and moisture from outside.
