Nos fours fonctionnent sur la base de la pyrolyse, c&#8217;est le processus de chauffage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, sans participation d&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne. Ils peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en trois groupes principaux : les d\u00e9chets des industries foresti\u00e8res et agricoles, les d\u00e9chets industriels de caoutchouc et divers polym\u00e8res. Selon les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es, le produit final \u00e0 la sortie variera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier groupe (d\u00e9chets des industries foresti\u00e8res et agricoles) d\u00e9signe tous les types de bois : branches, souches, brindilles, \u00e9corces, etc. \u00c0 la sortie, nous obtenons du torr\u00e9faction et du biochar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me groupe est constitu\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets de caoutchouc. Il est principalement domin\u00e9 par les pneus de voiture, les produits en caoutchouc tels que les tuyaux, les tapis de voiture, les semelles de chaussures, les tapis de yoga en caoutchouc, etc. Lors du traitement des produits en caoutchouc industriels, nous recevons principalement des fractions d&#8217;huile lourde : bitume, mazout, fractions diesel. Dans une moindre mesure, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement donne des fractions l\u00e9g\u00e8res : fractions essence, solvant et k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me groupe comprend toutes sortes de d\u00e9chets plastiques, les polym\u00e8res : meubles en plastique, sacs, vaisselle en plastique, plateaux, jouets, seringues, emballages, stylos, etc. Contrairement aux d\u00e9chets de caoutchouc, \u00e0 la suite du traitement, nous recevrons principalement des fractions d&#8217;huile l\u00e9g\u00e8re : fractions d&#8217;essence, de diesel, de k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne et d&#8217;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous envisagez de traiter un groupe sp\u00e9cifique de d\u00e9chets inhabituels, nos responsables se feront toujours un plaisir de vous conseiller et de vous aider \u00e0 choisir celui qui vous convient le mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En choisissant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Green Power, vous pouvez \u00eatre s\u00fbr que nos \u00e9quipements sont fiables en fonctionnement.
