Ce mouvement chaotique expose efficacement toutes les mati\u00e8res \u00e0 la vapeur surchauff\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Les parois du tube d&#8217;activation sont pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9es entre 800 et 1000 \u00b0C, selon le mode d&#8217;activation s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, avant le chargement des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/li><li>Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res se d\u00e9placent progressivement le long du corps interne du tube, de l&#8217;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie.<\/li><li>Le temps de s\u00e9jour des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res dans la zone d&#8217;activation est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la pente et la vitesse de rotation du tube d&#8217;activation.<\/li><li>\u00c0 la sortie du tube d&#8217;activation, le charbon qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 avec de la vapeur surchauff\u00e9e entre dans le refroidisseur \u00e0 vis. Le charbon actif ainsi obtenu est refroidi et stabilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de vapeur.<\/li><li>Le charbon fra\u00eechement activ\u00e9 entre ensuite dans le s\u00e9parateur. Celui-ci s\u00e9pare les diff\u00e9rentes fractions de taille du charbon actif et fait passer le mat\u00e9riau s\u00e9par\u00e9 dans des bacs de stockage.<\/li><li>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le charbon actif arrive du s\u00e9parateur, les silos sont remplis &#8211; ces r\u00e9servoirs de stockage sont reli\u00e9s par des alimentateurs \u00e0 la machine de remplissage.
