Rien qu&#8217;en Espagne, les oliveraies occupent jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 1,5 million d&#8217;hectares. Les cinq premiers leaders mondiaux de la production, en plus de l&#8217;Espagne, comprennent l&#8217;Italie, la Gr\u00e8ce, la Turquie et la Tunisie. Une longue liste de pays producteurs comprend \u00e9galement le Portugal, la Bulgarie, la Jordanie, l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie, le Maroc \u2013 presque tous les pays du bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/greenpower.equipment\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05_15_19-19_06_49.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4652\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&#8217;UE, 4 % des terres agricoles sont utilis\u00e9es pour la production d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, et pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un tiers de tous les agriculteurs de l&#8217;UE travaillent dans des plantations d&#8217;oliviers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive est produite \u00e0 partir de fruits de diff\u00e9rents niveaux de maturit\u00e9, du vert au noir m\u00fbr ou au violet. Les olives sont d&#8217;abord press\u00e9es, puis la masse r\u00e9sultante est lentement m\u00e9lang\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s que l&#8217;huile en a \u00e9t\u00e9 extraite. Le tourteau est obtenu apr\u00e8s pressage \u00e0 de nombreuses applications possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les noyaux d&#8217;olive peuvent \u00eatre transform\u00e9s en d&#8217;autres types de vecteurs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques solides, tels que les briquettes et le charbon de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;olive peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en quatre parties anatomiques : l&#8217;\u00e9picarpe, le m\u00e9socarpe, l&#8217;endocarpe et le noyau (fosse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;endocarpe (ou noyau d&#8217;olive) se caract\u00e9rise par une forte teneur en lignine et en cellulose. Sa teneur en carbone est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du bois (environ 52 % en poids), tandis que la teneur en cendres est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 %. Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s font des noyaux d&#8217;olives une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re id\u00e9ale pour la production de charbon de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque hectare d&#8217;oliveraie produit trois tonnes d&#8217;olives, ainsi qu&#8217;environ trois tonnes de bois coup\u00e9 par an. Les agriculteurs taillent les oliviers plusieurs fois par an. Dans le m\u00eame temps, des tonnes de ressources pr\u00e9cieuses sont perdues : pour chaque tonne d&#8217;olives transform\u00e9es, il y a 400 kg de d\u00e9chets !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;heure actuelle, la pyrolyse de la biomasse est l&#8217;une des technologies les plus prometteuses pour le traitement des d\u00e9chets et la production d&#8217;\u00e9nergie renouvelable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pyrolyse est la d\u00e9composition thermique du bois et des d\u00e9chets carbon\u00e9s sans oxyg\u00e8ne. \u00c0 la suite de la pyrolyse, les compos\u00e9s organiques complexes sont transform\u00e9s en un r\u00e9sidu de carbone solide &#8211; le charbon de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce charbon de bois se caract\u00e9rise par une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en carbone &#8211; plus de 75%, une faible teneur en cendres, en azote et en soufre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisir le bon \u00e9quipement et abordable pour la production de charbon de bois dans ce contexte devient la cl\u00e9.
