Aujourd\u2019hui, la demande cl\u00e9 porte sur des technologies \u00e0 bilan carbone n\u00e9gatif, capables non seulement de diminuer les \u00e9missions, mais aussi d\u2019extraire le carbone de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019une des rares solutions reconnues au niveau international comme <em>carbon-negative<\/em> est la production de biochar par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de la pyrolyse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que signifie une \u00ab technologie \u00e0 bilan carbone n\u00e9gatif \u00bb ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une technologie est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme carbone-n\u00e9gative lorsqu\u2019elle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>retire le CO\u2082 de la biosph\u00e8re ;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fixe le carbone sous une forme stable pour des dizaines, voire des centaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es ;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emp\u00eache le retour du carbone dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux m\u00e9canismes de compensation, le biochar fixe physiquement le carbone au lieu de reporter la responsabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions dans le futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Biochar : comment l\u2019effet climatique est-il obtenu ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le biochar est produit lors de la pyrolyse de la biomasse \u2014 une d\u00e9composition thermique de mati\u00e8res organiques en absence d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de ce processus :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la biomasse ayant auparavant absorb\u00e9 le CO\u2082 de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re se d\u00e9compose ;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une part importante du carbone est transform\u00e9e en une forme fix\u00e9e et chimiquement stable (Cfix) ;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ce carbone ne retourne pas dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re lors de l\u2019utilisation du biochar.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>????
