Operation description:

Bags are stacked into the package loading unit (1). A lug (2), equipped with a pneumatic sucking cup, moves the bag from the loading unit (1) to the area of ​​the bag straightener (3). Straightener (3) is a mechanism that opens the package with suction cups. The movable product pipeline (5) with the weight dosing unit loads the set portion of charcoal into the bag from the bunker (4). After the bag is filled with a pneumatic feeder (7), it is moved to a belt conveyor (8), where, when moving along the conveyor (8), the open edge of the bag is sutured with a sacking machine (9). At the exit from the conveyor belt (8), we obtain ready-made packages for further packing on pallets and sending them for sale.
