Warum Torrefizierung?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

TDie Torrefizierung ist eine milde thermische Behandlung von Biomasse unter anaeroben Bedingungen bei Temperaturen zwischen 230\u202f\u00b0C und 300\u202f\u00b0C. Dieser Prozess wandelt Stroh in torrefizierte Biomasse (Torrefikat) mit Eigenschaften um, die fossiler Kohle \u00e4hneln:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Warum Brikettieren vor der Torrefizierung?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Stroh mit ca. 10\u202f% Feuchtigkeit hat eine Sch\u00fcttdichte von nur etwa 70\u202fkg\/m\u00b3, was die Verarbeitungskapazit\u00e4t im Pyrolysereaktor stark einschr\u00e4nkt. Durch das Brikettieren oder Pelletieren wird die Sch\u00fcttdichte auf 350\u2013400\u202fkg\/m\u00b3 erh\u00f6ht \u2013 mehr als das F\u00fcnffache \u2013 was die W\u00e4rmeleitung w\u00e4hrend der Torrefizierung deutlich verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
